Sealcoating
We perform asphalt sealcoating of the residential and commercial driveways and parking lots. The asphalt emulsion material used is water resistant that will rejuvenate your property by giving it a fresh, natural dark colour. This special material has a drying time of 3-4 hours compared to material used by many competitors that can take 24-48 hours. Thus, you can have your driveway and/or parking lot ready to use much sooner!
What will be done?
The surface will be cleaned to get rid of dirt, debris and vegetation. Moreover, any oil stains will be treated with a special oil stain remover and pressure washed (if necessary) before sealing is performed.
